Hi There,

I will like to enquire about the replacement part for my chair.

I have issues with base. Mainly the tilt mechanism and as well as well hydraulic system.

May i know where can i purchase it?

Once there, navigate to "Lifestyle products" > "chairs" > enter your serial number, and then submit your request. Our Support Team will then be able to assist you with your chair spare part request.
