Is there anyway to order replacement parts for the Razer Iskur chair, I’ve had it long enough that it is out of warranty and I can’t find a channel to order a replacement part as the mechanism that locks the tilt is broken so my chair will incline wildly in both directions and is not stable, I love the chair and would love to continue using it.

Let me assist you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
