Razer Iskur Seat Base Has Tilted Downwards to the Right – Unable to Achieve a Level Seating Position

Hello Razer Support,

I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Iskur chair (Model No.: RZ38-0277) [*removed by moderator]. Over time, the seat base has tilted downwards on the right-hand side by itself.

The seat is now noticeably uneven, with the right side sitting lower than the left side. I did not intentionally adjust or modify anything that could have caused this. The problem appeared on its own during normal use.

This makes the seating position uncomfortable and gives the feeling of constantly sitting at an angle.

Could you please advise what might be causing this issue and whether a component of the chair, such as the seat base or tilt mechanism, may be defective?

I can provide photos or videos showing the uneven position of the seat if required.

Unfortunately, I purchased the chair second-hand from a private seller and I understand that it is no longer covered by warranty. However, I would be more than willing to purchase and replace any defective component myself if the required spare part is available.

Thank you for your assistance.

Kind regards,
Tobias
