Razer Iskur - Structural Wield Failure After Normal Use (out of warranty) - Seeking Assistance

Hi Razer Support,

I purchased my Razer Iskur through Amazon in June 2022 and it has served me well over the years. Unfortunately, the chair has developed what appears to be a structural failure.

One of the welded joints on the chair has appeared to come apart, causing the seat to lean noticeably to the left side during normal use. The chair has never been modified, misused, or subject to anything beyond typical everyday use. Due to the failed weld, I no longer feel safe using it.

I understand that the chair is now out of warranty, and I fully appreciate that, however, because this appears to be a failure of the chairs structural frame rather than normal wear and tear, I was hoping someone from the Razer support team could review my case to see if there are any goodwill options or recommendations available.

I can provide my proof of purchase, serial number and photos of the failed weld if needed. I’ve always enjoyed using Razer products and would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you may be able to offer.

Thank you for your time.

Hey @slixro,

Let me assist you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team so they can assist you with the broken part? Please also send photos of your receipt/invoice and the part with broken weld so I can include them as well. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
