Razer Iskur Tilt Mechanism Issue

Hello,

I’m having a problem with the tilt mechanism on my Razer Iskur chair. The backrest moves back and forth freely, and the lever doesn’t seem to lock or control the tilt properly. When I lean back, there is very little resistance and the backrest just moves backward.

Could you please let me know if there is a repair kit or replacement part available for the tilt mechanism? I would be happy to purchase the necessary parts if they are available.
