Razer Iskur V1 - I Want to order replacement parts for my chair out of warranty

My chair was broken recently and I need a Chair base replacement for the next parts:

  1. Base plate (F on the Razer manual)
  2. Gas Lift or piston (H on the Razer manual)
  3. Wheel (C on the Razer manual)
  4. Plastic cover for the piston (G on the Razer manual)

My chair is out of warranty with the next serial number: (removed for security purposes)

Please send my the costs for these replacements parts to fix my chair…

Thank you for sharing your concern here. You can submit a support ticket here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support. Once there, navigate to "Contact Razer Support," then select "Lifestyle Products," followed by "Chairs," and finally enter your device's serial number.


Alternatively, I can create a ticket for you and forward it to the relevant team for further assistance. Please let me know via PM so I can kickstart your case.
