I have a iskur v1 xl chair that I bout in 2021 and the cylinder has started to not keep the hight and lowers slowly I want to replace the cylinder. It is not in warranty anymore but I have no problem purchasing a cylinder but I don’t know where to find one that works with this chair.

Let me help you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
