HI, bought this chair not that long ago, a couple of months. I have a problem with the back support, handle on the right side, which controls the back suppor tilt forward and backward, its spinning only one full cirle, then its just scrolls with a different sound, back support not reacting, not forward not backward. Other handle works fine

Hi LemonLimebasehead566,

It sounds like there may be an issue with the tilt adjustment mechanism on the Razer Iskur V2. To isolate problem, try to steps below:

  1. Ensure that there are no obstructions or debris caught in the mechanism that could be preventing it from functioning properly.
  2. Inspect it for any visible damage or wear.
  3. Sometimes, screws may loosen over time. Check to see if the screws around the tilt mechanism are secured tightly.
  4. If the mechanism seems stiff or is making unusual noises, applying a small amount of lubricant to help remove the squeaking sound.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please PM me with your chair serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for sparepart replacement options. Thank you!
