I have recently got a Razer iskur v2 newgen from my friend which is out of warranty and need a replacement part for the base. i have check online for multiple article and support and then found the base plate to be broken. i ready to pay for the replacement but iam not able to find it. please help me on this issue.

Let me assist you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of the broken base plate so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
