Hello, I purchased the Razer Iskur X back in 2022. Recently the back support on the chair has stopped working completely and  whenever pressure is applied when leaning back the chair fully reclines and does not provide any resistance. I would like to create a support ticket however the serial number is missing from the bottom of the chair and I can provide proof of purchase.

I understand you're experiencing a hardware issue with your Razer Iskur X where the back support isn’t working. Was the serial number missing from your chair since you got it? Please upload the proof of purchase and video showing the issue to Google Drive and set the privacy to "Public" or “Anyone with the link” so we can view it. I appreciate your cooperation.
