I purchased two Razer Iskur chairs on December 20, 2023. One of them has developed a crack on the seat area, while the other remains in perfect condition.
Could you please let me know if this issue is covered under warranty?
If not, is it possible to purchase a replacement part for the seat? If so, where can I buy it?
