Razer Iskur X - cracks in the artificial leather

Hi everybody,

I bought my son the Iskur X for christmas 2021. Now he had cranks in the artificial leather. Have anybody good ideas for a sleave or how to repair these cranks? I’m really disappointed of the support because after putting in the serial number and the comment that you are out of the warranty there is no help from Razer. This is not my understanding of a good support of a premium brand to be honest. Don’t want to talk about my understanding of quality of a premium brand and such cranks after a little more than 3 years.

Looking forward to your responses.

Can you send me your gaming chair’s serial number, region/location, and a photo of the issue? Save the file to any online hosting site, then paste the shareable link via PM so we can review it and check if the Razer Iskur X still has an available parts replacement.
