The left arm-when sitting is broken and will no longer lock into place to adjust on my son’s gaming chair. It just comes off when you lift it up. The chair was purchased on 08162023. I need to purchase a replacement part. Model#RZ38-0294 I attempted to create a ticket without success. Please advise.
