Hello. I’ve purchased my chair in 2022. I don’t believe it’s under warranty anymore; however, the gas cylinder needs to be replaced as the chair keeps sinking. I don’t know if the generic ones on Amazon would work or if I need a specific one that only Razer can provide.
Please help! It’s so uncomfortable to game when the table is too tall for the chair.

Let me help you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can attach it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it. Please also send the serial number so I can verify it in our system and include it as well.
