Razer iskur x mechanism broken

Hello Razer support, i was using Razer Iskur X for about 2 years and everything was working fine but recently my tilt mechanism and height adjustment of the chair seem to be broken, i have exact same issue as in the following topic https://insider.razer.com/razer-support-45/issue-with-tilt-mechanism-on-razer-iskur-chair-72040, i tried to fix it but it’s a problem with mechanism itself, so maybe you can help me to order a new mechanism or any ideas what to do
