My Razer Iskur X is making all kind of loud noises if I shift weight or move the chair just a little. I already tighten the screws - the noises seem to come from the bottom part (gas cylinder?). Is there any solution like maintenance I can do? Purchase date: Sep. 18th 2022.

Let me assist you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a short video clip highlighting the issue and a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include them as well. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
