i’ve had the razer iskur xl for about a year now and i was hoping it would get better over time, but unfortunately that’s not the case. I am unable to rock in the chair almost at all unless the back is about halfway down but then im unable to use my computer comfortably. the tensioner is as loose as can be and i even put some spacers on the front screws to try to make it angled back more. is there anything i could do to fix this?

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about this. The best thing you could do is contact Razer support. They can possibly get a replacement for you. Hope it gets fixed!
