I bought an Iskur XL chair in 2021 and, for a few months now, the reclining mechanism has not been working properly: it does not stay in a fixed position, if I lean back, it reclines all the way back. Moreover, I cannot order parts to repair it because, according to the warranty has expired.

Me as well. Looked into it tonight and the baseplate where the tilt lock mechanism is has sheered on either side of mine as well as the piston. Its a good chair but the base plates seem to be a weakness of them.
