Razer Iskur XL Replacement Gas Canister Sinking after 2 months

Hello, 

I had a replacement gas canister come December 17th for my Razer Iskur XL and after 2 months its already starting to sink every time I use the chair.

Is it possible to get another gas canister?

    Where did the replacement gas canister come from? Is it directly from Razer? Let me know via PM along with your Iskur’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and for proper documentation. Looking forward to your response!
