Razer Iskur XL - the chair drops by itself.

mini2109

Good morning. I have a problem with the Iskur XL chair.
The chair has been falling off by itself for a few days now.
I specifically chose the XL version because I'm a big guy but I miss the maximum weight so I don't know what's wrong with it.
Does anyone know how to claim a chair?
Will I have to send it back to the seller - and if so, how?
Do I have to break it down into prime factors?
Because I don't have a cardboard box of it anymore (it takes up too much space).
Or should I report it to Razer support?

Thank you in advance for your help.

They did finally respond and sent me a new one, once i got in touch with somebody it went pretty smothly. I made this post and i was able to create a case at this link https://mysupport.razer.com/app/account/account_overview and had help a couple days later.

Hi. storyPalmLeaffront483 here.

Exactly the same. I contacted with the support team and they analyzed my case. They sent to me replacements for free. I assembled them and it was working perfectly.

I would like to rate it with a 10 out of 10 to the support team.

Not all companies take charge of their products in this way. Just to say that they gained a loyal Razer consumer.

Regards

Oh, my goodness, and i thought i was the only one with this issue. When it for happened, I thought it was a defective part, i was able to get it replaced from Amazon, then it happened again and I've been in chair hell, having to adjust it constantly, even while playing. It has to be a design flaw.

It's happening again!
|I have already had one engine replacement.
Unfortunately, a few months have passed and the same thing happens again.
The warranty is about to expire and even if they replace it a second time, I'm not sure whether it will come back.
