razer kaira for Xbox wireless crackling audio issue


Greetings, 

When I bought this headset I wasn't expecting to have these audio issues right away. At first the distorted Noises would come and go not as often so it wasn't a big deal but however it recently started being a constant issue. And I really don't play with the volume high. Any one else having these issues?

Having the same issue. Had them about two weeks and the issue started on first use. Also having issues connecting. Sometimes it needs to try 3-4 times…

Yes and the worst part is if you send them to razer and it doesn't meet they're requirements to fix it they hold on to them and make you pay a fee plus shipping and receiving which is crazy since not everyone has that kind of money.

I created a support thread about my own issue to basicly ask if there was something that could be done or if I need to RMA it. But not getting any answers… 

No problem RMA’ing in my country though. Just need to drop it of at the store I bought it and they handle everything. Got warranty with the store it’s bought, not Razer directly.

But not getting any answer at all is really unsettling. This is the second Razer product I have bought and both have issues. (Bought a Ripsaw Capturecard that does not work with my TV). So I’m probably just gonna go back to my Xbox Wireless headset and return this non-functional headset. Razer products is now something I will steer away from in the future...

Same I posted this about 22 days ago and your the first to comment on it. I'm also definitely not buying another razer product. It's a shame honestly I was so stoked and excited when I first bought the headsets since I've heard that this brand is supposed to be top of the line and what not but it was definitely a let down.

Same issue here, I think every Razer Kaira Pro has the issue as I encounter it on several computers.
