I have raised my concern regarding my Razer Kaira headphone that it is not working. It is under warranty period. I got a quick response after raising my case but now nobody is responding to my emails I don't know how to reach the concerned team now. I tried raising another case and got one reply that someone will contact me after 2 days but haven't got any email or call after that. It is really frustrating now. On daily basis, I am continuously following up on my case ID but not getting any response. Can anybody help me provide any other contact details where I can reach for solutions?
