Razer kaira headset not working

I had plugged in my headset earlier today and now when I came back it won’t turn on and it doesn’t show a charging light but when I push the Bluetooth connect button a green light shows up but it won’t turn on . I’ve tried multiple different chargers . I do not know what to do . Please help

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it into a different power source or computer. If that didn’t do the trick, then send me a PM along with your Razer Kaira’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and look for other workarounds.
