I have a Razer Kaira, used it for a while on PS4 and it worked fine

 

Now that I have it on PC friends are complaining they can barely hear me, I'm on windows 11, checked my settings, my mic is at 100% volume, everything looks fine

 

Was playing COD with friends, Warzone and MW2, they can barely hear, playing with some settings and (usually when you talk you see your name on the side of the screen) suddenly I no longer can see my name on the side of the screen, which would mean nobody hears me

When I’m testing the mic it’s still showing a moving line like it does detect my voice but I’m not getting any feedback

just checked with a friend on discord, he can hear me but I have to yell to be heard, what is wrong with my mic? I don’t know what to do anymore
