Razer Kaira Not Connecting to PC

So I got a pair of Razer Kaira headphones maybe 2 years ago and I never really used them that much. Now that I’ve “uncovered” them I’m trying to use them again. I tried connecting the headphones to my PC but my PC wouldn’t recognize the headphones. I did everything right they just wouldn’t work. I turned them on, held the pairing button for 5 seconds and turned on Bluetooth but it didn’t work.  I know they aren’t broken because when I was trying to pair them, instead of paring with my PC, they paired with my little brothers Fortnite game on our Xbox. I don’t know if this is a problem with my computer or with the headphones but hopefully there’s a way to fix them.

Try checking if your computer’s OS is up to date. By the way, what OS build are you currently using? Feel free to send me a PM along with your Razer Kaira’s serial number so I can check for some workarounds that we can attempt. I will also check for the firmware updater.
