Razer Kaira Pro audio problems Xbox Series X
When i game (valhalla for example) I encounter audio stuttering in the cutscenes and sometimes even when i watch a show on the netflix or prime app.
This can be very gamebreaking because i don't hear and follow the cutscenes.
I read online that this was know and fixed a while back but it is not fixed for me.
De headset and the Xbox are up to date.

The headset disconnections were due to a bug highlighted by Microsoft Xbox. It should have been fixed with the early December update. Please send me the serial number of your headset and the OS version of the console.
