I've had the razer kaira pro for about maybe 2-3 months then the mic wouldn't pick up any noise from my end so no one in the party could hear me I would have to jimmy the mic around somtimes and that would fix it for like 5 minutes and then go back to picking up no sound, my friends would say that they can't here me at all after messaging on phone and that there was just a static noise. I've downloaded the razer audio setup for Xbox and checked and firmware is up to date, tried messing with some of the settings in razer audio setup and still didn't do anything don't know what else to do to fix it

It seems like a hardware issue to me. Please check the issue-isolating steps below:
- Put the mic diaphragm in front and the air vent facing away from your mouth.
- Turn on mic access on the selected app.
- Set the device as a Default Recording Device.
- Adjust mic levels in Windows settings.
