I recently purchased the Razer Kaira Pro headset for PlayStation 5, and while I am impressed with its performance, I am encountering an issue with continuous beeping or chirping noises coming from the left earcup.
This issue occurs when the headset is connected via Bluetooth to my PC, as well as when using the USB dongle with a Type-A to Type-C connection. Even when I connect the headset directly to my PC using a Type-C cable, the beeping/chirping persists. Interestingly, the sounds stop when I connect the headset to my iPhone.
Could you kindly assist me in troubleshooting this issue and help me identify a potential resolution?
