My Kaira pro headset suddenly cannot connect to the 2.4 ghz dongle that came with it. When turned on it normally is supposed to immediately connect to whatever device the dongle is plugged into, but now it only pairs to Bluetooth because it can't seem to connect to it.
The dongle is still recognized by my ps5 when plugged in, but again will not connect to the actual headset, rendering it useless on my ps5.
