I have had my Razer Kaira Pro for PS5( RZ04-0403) and it has been troubleshooting by interfering with my ps5 controller as far as i know and resulting to glitching and bugging with my game. I have tried downloading a firmware update and nothing has worked. Please assist. Thank you
