The mic is assigned to my XBox and I can hear the system sound effects (menu, sound effects) but there is no audio for my games. It's been working fine since I got this on xmas...this just started today. Headset is fully charges and driver is up to date. I've deleted from XBox and re-installed the Razer app. Also have restored to default settings with no change.



Help please.
Were there any recent Xbox system updates installed before this started? For now, please test the headset on another machine, preferably a PC. Send me the results and the serial number, so I can help you isolate the issue.
