Razer Kaira Pro for XBox needs constant restarting on PC

If I don't have any audio output for a while I need to restart my headset otherwise I have no sound. Let's say I am watching a youtube video and I pause it for 3-5 minutes. When I try to continue playing the video I have no sounds. I have the latest framework for the headset. I have Synapse but it isn't finding the device (which is a whole other issue) Any ideas?
