first of all, sorry for my english.
I have a “Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox” it works ok in xsx and in Windows using bluetooth, hoewer, I can not make it word in windows using usb.
¿does this product does not work via USB?
Windows detects it, but not as an audio device

It works with a Windows PC (10 64-bit or higher) but it may require the Xbox wireless adapter for Windows which is not included inside the box the came with your controller. You can check the user manual for more details. Feel free to reach out via PM if you need further assistance.
