Razer Kaira Pro headset as it is not charging or producing any sound when you attempt to power it on. Changing the charger cord did not resolve the problem.

issue, the logos don’t blink. no sound is coming from the headset even though I hold the power button as usual. usually the charging light glows when it needs a charge. but no light glows anymore, i even changed the charging cord and bought a brand new cord to charge it with, no activity comes from the headphones
