Hello All!

I’ve had the Razer Kaira Pro Headset (Xbox) for around 2 years now. It has been a phenomenal headset until recently the headphones started to make an audio crackle sound when using them. Additionally, the headphones disconnect every 2 minutes as well as the Xbox controller. I am also aware that there is bluetooth functionality within the headset and have removed this bluetooth device from connecting to laptops / phones/ etc. 

I’ve tried troubleshooting by doing the following:

-Update the Razer Kaira Pro via Mac (using parallels software) - I don’t own a PC

-Updating the Xbox controller

-Hard Reset on Xbox

 

Any suggestions on how to fix the headset? Please provide support! 

 

Having same issue but new headset and only happens on Xbox side if I play audio via Bluetooth sound is good .can anyone assist pls
