I bought the Razer Kaira Pro for my Xbox series X earlier this year (around September) and the mic jack is loose. I’ve tried buying a replacement mic and it didn’t work. I’ve already tried updating the firmware and it’s already at the latest version. My friends say that they can’t hear me and when I put the mic very close to my mouth (basically in my mouth) it sounds very staticy and crackly.
