I started playing with my Kaira pro a little today, have had it since december, and wanted to connect it to my phone and ps5 at same time and/or auto switch is what i’m more trying to say.  With the smart switch/eq button.

It doesn’t seem to be working. I think i may have ran into this issue back then but just forgot about it because the Headset is listed on my phone under the razer audio app and ofcourse my ps5 is connected to it just fine. So i double tap the eq  button like it says in the manual  “Switching audio source
When powered on and connected to any audio source, double press the Razer SmartSwitch / EQ
button to switch between 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth audio source or vice versa”   It just goes through eq settings. Ok.. hold it.. .nothing. Alright.. So power down the headset and hold it for 5 seconds to get it into “pairing mode” it’s flashing blue and sure enough my phone connects to it easily.   My ps5 also says it’s connected by no sound and eq switch still doesn’t work.

Infact in the faq it says the light should be white when connected to both devices so i can switch flawlessly. Yea it’s either a flashing blue for android or green for ps5.
