Hi all, So I've recieved a new Kaira Pro in the post today - but had nothing but problems with it! My first one is the firmware update - the software keeps on freezing on the 'plug in your headset' page - the PC recognises the headset every time you plug it in, but you can never click the update button, and the tab just goes funny every time I try, so just have to kill it and restart - I have not managed to update the firmware as of yet. I now have it connected to an Xbox One S, and in party chat there is a constant white noise in the background that I cannot get rid of. There is also a occasional loud echo for everyone else in the party coming from my headset. I also had struggled with the Razer Headphone App on Xbox, which struggled to see the headset. I since got this working after re-connecting multiple times. Doesn't seem great for what is sold as a new flashy headset! Anyone have any ideas, if not I'll probably return it in a couple days

That's not the kind of experience we were hoping you'd have with the headset. Please send me the serial number and photos of your mic settings on both the Xbox One S and the Razer Headphone app. For now, please test the headset on a smartphone and/or a PC and let me know if the problem persists. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
