Hello, I bought this pair of headphones today and there is no audio coming out of the right ear. The haptic rumble can still be heard and there is very very faint bass that can be heard as well. Kinda upsetting for them to be broken out of the box. I have tried connection via dongle and bluetooth and ensured mono audio wasnt on and the settings were not hindering it. Also tried connection to PC and Android Phone with no change in the issue. Another strange thing that may be normal (i am not sure) is when i simply press the power button is does a weird bump on the haptic when “off” not sure if it is normal. Thanks for any help I recieve!
