My Razer Kaira Pro | RZ04-0403 headset shows a green light, indicating it's connected to the dongle wirelessly, but the PC doesn’t recognize the connection. Although the headset and dongle appear to pair successfully, there’s no audio output, and it doesn’t appear as an audio device on my PC. I’ve tried reconnecting and rebooting, but it still doesn’t show up in the list of available devices. Is there a way to check if the dongle is still working properly?
