Razer Kaira Pro sound distortion | Razer Insider

I have the new Razer Kaira and Xbox series X. I have noticed that I get sound distortion every few minutes for 30 seconds or so. Then it recovers. The sound almost sound tinny / echo. If I power the headset of and on again the issue is gone but returns after a few minutes again. I notice this in all games.



Not sure if this is a hardware or firmware issue? My best guess is that it is some sort of a connection issues between the xbox and the headset.



I have tried Uncompressed stereo, Dolby Atmos, DTS X and Windows sonic in the xbox audio settings. I have tried all custom setting on the razer for xbox app and default neutral EQ values. Nothing removes the issue so far.

I ended up logging a ticket with Razer support. They recommended that I return the headset as they suspect it to be faulty. I did this but opted to go with a different manufacturer instead with my follow purchase.
