My PC dont see my headphones and that's why I cant update firmware. Maybe someone has tha same problem like me? I dont know how fix it and didn't saw post with problem like mine.

  4. Try different USB ports or audio jacks if applicable.

1. Connection is good because headphones are charging

2. Nothing change

3. I dont use this headphones on PC but on xsx

4. I tried but still PC dont see headphones

Does the issue occur when connected to a different USB port? Does the problem persist even when it's connected to a PC? Please send me a PM with your device serial number so I can look into model-specific solutions. All the best!
