My PC dont see my headphones and that's why I cant update firmware. Maybe someone has tha same problem like me? I dont know how fix it and didn't saw post with problem like mine.

Does the issue occur when connected to a different USB port? Does the problem persist even when it's connected to a PC? Please send me a PM with your device serial number so I can look into model-specific solutions. All the best!
