- Damaged charging port
- Faulty charging cable
- Faulty battery
Follow the troubleshooting tips below to resolve a Razer wireless headset that is not charging:
- Ensure the charging cable is working and plugged in properly.
- Use a spare charging cable.
- Ensure the charging port is not loose or damaged.
- Check the Device Status in Razer Synapse or Razer Audio App to see if the headset is charging.
