Razer Kaira will not power on

I’ve been using the headset for a few months now without any issue whatsoever. While I was playing on my Xbox, it notified me that my headset battery was low. I plugged it into a usb-c cord that I use for my PC, and I instantly hear some static and popping noises from my headphones. I kept them on the charger for a little while and they had an orange or red light, but after trying to turn them back on, it no longer displays a light whatsoever. What should I do?
