Buongiorno ho acquistato le cuffie da gaming Razer kaira x per ps5. Dopo 5/6 mesi di utilizzo normale si e rotto il supporto padiglione sinistro. Vorrei sapere come posso richiedere la sostituzione dell cuffie ancora in garanzia.
