Good afternoon all. I posted recently about my headset, the Razer Kaira for XBOX having very severe echo when my friends are talking or them being able to actually hear my game audio. I bought these from Amazon brand new. I want to also add that I have exhausted every support tool and tip that has been shared with me. There is nothing left to do but ask here again. I am on an XBOX which means the app I can use to conveniently change my volume settings to my liking is not compatible for one reason or the other. I am barely able to have the headset volume up at all without experiencing an echo or feedback. If I cant get this fixed do I return it to Amazon or Razer?
