Razer Kaira (Xbox) update button not working

Hi, My update screen get me to the page where I’m to connect the headset to the PC and click the update button, but the button is unresponsive. My PC recognizes the connection, but it refuses to update. Anyone else having this issue?

      Try to use a different port for the headset and reboot your PC.
