My update screen get me to the page where I’m to connect the headset to the PC and click the update button, but the button is unresponsive. My PC recognizes the connection, but it refuses to update. Anyone else having this issue?

Try to use a different port for the headset and reboot your PC. If you're still experiencing the same problem, please PM me the serial number of your device so I can check its model specifications and start a case to raise your concern to the Software Team.
