I have wireless razer kaira for xbox and randomly the Audio start to crackling. Only way to fix it is to turn off and turn on the headset. but the crackling it might come happen again in the next 30 min or so.



I tried to exchange them with another pair and same problems.



latest firmware on xbox and latest firmware on headset.



I've heard it's a common problem and can't believe Razer haven't released a fix yet.



Any help would be much appreciated.
